Neon Celebrate Stamp
In 2011, in Cleveland, Ohio, the Postal Service issued a Neon Celebrate! special Forever Stamp, in one design in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps. The stamp was designed by Phil Jordan, Falls Church, Virginia.
The stamp design is similar to the Neon Celebrate forever stamp issued on March 25, 2011, but the “Forever” and “USA” inscriptions, which appear in the upper left and right corners of the 2011 stamp, have been moved to the lower half of the stamp on the new issue.
Inspired by a visit to the Museum of Neon Art in Los Angeles, Art Director Phil Jordan began to think about the possibility of using neon to depict a stamp subject. He decided that a “Neon Celebrate!” stamp, with its imagery of vivid colors, fit the bill. The black background of the stamp is reminiscent of a night sky. Like a fireworks display on a summer evening, brilliantly colored images of swirls, circles, and dashes in pink, blue, orange, yellow, and green seem to erupt from the ground to illuminate the darkness. Each letter of the word “Celebrate” and the exclamation point that is part of this stamp’s official title, are highlighted in bright white light.
The stamp was designed by U.S. Post art director Phil Jordan, working with neon artist Michael Flechtner of Van Nuys, Calif.

Jordan selected fine artist Michael Flechtner to design America’s first neon stamp. Flechtner found his inspiration for the stamp in a fireworks display, noting that “…fireworks, with all their color, light, and motion, was the embodiment of a celebration.”
Forever stamps will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce price.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information(Within 1 business day). If you haven't received tracking info within 2 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 3-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong or broken item(Non-artificial)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (20 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
